TR Picturesque’s Agreement for Portrait Photography Sessions *

*The photographs produced by TR Picturesque are protected by Canadian Copyright Law and are in no way shape or form to be edited or altered by anyone other then TR Picturesque. They are not to be changed, cropped, or re-shaped in any way (unless Facebook has cropped for profile or cover photo). They are not to have any sort of filter put over them eg. Instagram/Facebook filters. *Any images taken may be used for TR Picturesque's portfolio (website, blog, promotions, and advertising) *The CLIENT is responsible for their own safety, the safety of those who accompany them, and the safety of each minor child accompanying them. Client agrees to retain custody and control of each child at all times during the session to avoid injury. On behalf of themselves and such children, CLIENT releases TR Picturesque from all claims and liabilities. *Sessions may be rescheduled in the event of illness or unsuitable weather. *TR Picturesque is not reliable for any bad quality printing of images and recommends you have them printed by myself or from a pro lab. TR Picturesque takes a $50 deposit for all sessions, which is non-refundable *Under no circumstance will TR Picturesque release RAW images to client. Any images not included in the proofing gallery are not available for viewing. TR Picturesque selects the best representation of the images taken for the client's proofing gallery. *By clicking "agree" it means you have full understanding of the contract and terms of TR Picturesque and agree to them fully. *
